  • For best washing/care results:

    1. Place your piece inside out. (!!)

    2. Wash on COLD/LOW HEAT and even on a gentle setting if possible.

    3. Allow to air dry if possible. If you cannot let it air dry, dry on COLD/LOW HEAT.

    4. If you need to dry in the dryer, the embroidery design can get crinkled- iron to solve this problem, do -not- iron with direct heat on vinyl designs so there is no chance of melting.

    For best results, wait at least 24 hours after receiving your package to wash. This is because there can be very high temperature changes during transit that could cause the bond to loosen a little bit until it regains a stable temperature.

    We have sold hundreds of pieces and have had no problems with quality issues. If something gets messed up in the wash, it is not under our control as there is no definite way to know if directions were followed. We wash each and every piece before it is shipped out to guarantee there are no quality issues before putting it up for sale so we can verify that this method of washing works for each piece you purchase.

  • Yes! There is no doubt that this business is real. We possess the legal documents that make us an established and legitimate business.

  • We want to make it extremely clear that this small business is NOT fast fashion in any shape or form. All pieces are either thrifted or sourced ethically and sustainably.

  • Almost all vintage items are locally sourced. They are not brand-new items (unless thrifted that way and specified otherwise in the item description), rather pieces that have been repurposed which we clearly state in multiple different areas. All pieces are washed multiple times throughout the process and once more before being shipped out.

    We also collaborate with professional thrifters across the country who help us source more thrifted pieces to then be shipped to our business.

  • We love supporting other small business as much as we can! We purchase all of our wholesale product from independent brands who handcraft them. This can make things a little more expensive, but this way we are able to guarantee that they have the right morals, values and are contributing to social good.

    They are all sourced ethically if not thrifted or handcrafted by us.

  • New launch (about) every 2 weeks! Several new launches every month.

    All of our clothing pieces are made to be one-of-a-kind so it can be an extensive process in making dozens of items for each drop. We are constantly working on having as frequent of drops as possible while still maintaining the belief of quality over quantity. We don’t “restock” items, but we may make similar ones in the future with similar designs, but no two will be the same.

  • Since this small business is big on sustainability, almost everything we sell is from thrifted materials. Meaning, it is a given that there almost always is/could be imperfections with the piece. Additionally, almost everything is handcrafted, creating a unique and hand-made look to :) When you purchase a piece, please note this. We cannot inspect every single inch of fabric within every single clothing piece, however, if there is a big one that stands out to us, we will do our best to try to mention it on the website (but this is not guaranteed). We do not edit out imperfections but cannot guarantee that they all will be showed in the advertised photo of the product- please keep this in mind.

  • Yes, you can! Use code LOCALCASH at checkout and choose the option for local pickup.

  • We are based in Wilmington, North Carolina. You can only qualify as a local if you live in Wilmington or are willing to pick up your package from our location in Wilmington.

  • Shipping prices are out of our control. We do not make any significant profit off of shipping costs, if even any, and if we do, it is a very small amount for the time, gas, and supplies needed to ship an order. After years of shipping research, we have done our best to research the best, most reliable, safest, and most affordable shipping method that we, as a small business, can provide. We utilize various sizes of flat rate boxes/envelopes and poly mailers in order to choose the best fit option for your order. However, typically shipping is calculated by the weight and/or size of the item. International shipping is as cheap as we (a small business) are able to get it.

  • Aside from custom pieces that are made to order, the average time for our packages to arrive to you tends to be around 5-7 business days for domestic orders, but most often then not, come much earlier than this.

    International shipping will take longer. The time it takes is out of our control and is up to your country’s postal provider/how long it takes the piece to go through customs in order to even pass into your country.

    All orders are now shipping out of Wilmington, North Carolina. (Unless specified otherwise.)

    You will receive a tracking number for your own personal reference once your package has shipped. For international orders, tracking number will stop working after it departs the head facility in our area- Chicago Illinois. Depending on your country, it may or may not continue updating once it reaches the customs facility in your country. Please keep this in mind.

  • Yes! 35+ countries. Our main focus is shipping throughout the United States as that is where the majority of our customers are. International shipping rates tend to be very expensive and are extremely varied to the point of it being very difficult to be able to offer a set price at checkout, but we do our best to get you the cheapest option.

  • Our store is currently prepared to sell to customers in:

    *Australia is typically on this list, however, with COVID-19 they have shut down their borders to businesses that aren’t huge manufacturers unless you want to pay at least $80US for shipping. Because of this, we have taken them off of the list for the time being. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Please be aware that the mail system is experiencing an extremely high volume of shipment delays over this past year (due to COVID). To ensure extra safety precautions, packages can end up being held at facilities longer than usual at times. Please know that your package might be delayed, but it is still on its way to you as of when we shipped it out. The time that the mail system takes to ship your package is out of our control once it is out of our hands.

    If you click your tracking number provided via your fulfillment and it says that it’s either on its way to the USPS facility or it shows pre-shipment that means it was packaged and dropped off with USPS. When it shows that it is in transit that means that we don’t know any more than what the tracking number says. Please be patient as USPS is receiving an overwhelming amount of packages right now with delays.

    If you have not received your package within 2 weeks of you receiving your fulfillment email on our end, please contact your local USPS to see if there was an issue and if they have it. Once your package is shipped, it is no longer in our control if something happens. Additionally, if you provide an incorrect shipping address, that is also not in our control.   • Every package that we need to ship internationally must have a customs form filled out. We will not be able to ship out your package internationally unless we have all of the necessary information for this form. Please check your email and/or Instagram messages in case we have messaged you regarding this topic so we are able to mail out your package ASAP:) No personal information is ever disclosed outside of business purposes with USPS- all information we ask from you is in order to get your order shipped to you.

  • Sometimes e-mailing services file random/new emails into spam folders. We can guarantee that a confirmation email (with your tracking number- if available) gets sent to your chosen email at checkout once we have shipped your package. We do this with every single order as a form of a receipt and proof that it has shipped. Please allow some time for this email to come through. If you still do not see it after several days, check your spam folder, and if not there- send us a message on Instagram and we can resend it (even to a new email if needed).

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

  • All accessories are one size unless listed differently. Since all of our clothing piece bases were originally thrifted, sizing can fluctuate based on the original brand the piece was produced from.

    Additionally, there is no exact way to know if sizes are listed in women’s or men’s sizes. Our advertised size is the exact size that was originally listed on the tag of the piece.

    However, if there is no tag stating a size when we thrift a piece, we will state “No tag-” with our best guess of what it could be. This is not guaranteed to be correct, and we of course do not want to trick anyone. (we do this based on women’s sizing). This is just to the best of our knowledge, so we are not responsible if you do not agree with our suggestion. We are not responsible if a product does not fit a customer.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Stripe, as well as PayPal (on the website).

    For orders through Instagram, we accept Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal. Locals are able to pay with cash if requested using “LOCALCASH’ code at checkout.

  • If a piece says that it is “made-to-order” or “preorder” in the item description, that means that it is available (in almost) an unlimited quantity, but will not be created until an order is placed with that piece in it.

    For example, all of our sticker packs are made-to-order. Meaning, we do not have them pre-made, but will create them for that certain individual if someone does purchase it. This can cause a slightly longer delay in shipping time (although we do our best to make them as soon as possible), because that piece is not ready to be packaged. Please be aware that if an order you place has an item such as this in it, it may take a day or two extra to get created and shipped out.

  • You can only apply discounts on items on the website.
